Refund and returns policy


We do not offer full refund and return conditions, but instead have a more flexible approach.

Goods received can never be returned, as our address is not publically shared.


If something is wrong, please contact us at [email protected]. Depending on the issue, we might offer you a partially or full refund.

We are the only one who can decide if you will receive a refund or not. Getting refunded when something is wrong is not a guarantee.

We will notify you through the communication channel you contacted us with when we have sent a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded partially or for the sales price in some cases. It follows the same criteria as a normal refund.


You cannot exchange items with us. If something is broken, we might send you a new product or part.

If it is more than 30 days after we sent the initial item, you will have to pay shipping costs. Also, in consulation with you, we might charge you for the product or part.


Products marked as “gift” cannot be refunded. In some cases we might send a new product or parts for free.

Shipping returns

You cannot return products to us.
